General Shipping Terms

Orders are packed and shipped within 1 – 3 business days. Average transit times are listed below. Business days are Monday through Friday (excluding holidays).

Coffee is roasted to order. Expect processing time to be 1-3 business days. We won’t ship coffee that is beyond 14 days from the roast.

If you have any questions about your order, please contact our customer service via our online chat. We respond to customer inquiries within 48 hours on all weekdays (Mon – Fri).

Coffee Subscription Shipping Terms

  • All coffee subscriptions are shipped on the first Friday of every month

  • Coffee subscriptions are shipped with Standard delivery where this shipping option is available (see which countries under ‘Regional Shipping Terms’)

Please note that our shipping carriers do not deliver on weekends or public holidays. We do not ship orders or answer to customer inquiries on the following public holidays:

International Shipping Customs. Duties & Taxes

International shipping rates cover shipping charges only. Please note that duties, taxes and carrier brokerage fees are not included in your order amount at checkout. Duties and taxes may be due to the parcel carrier upon delivery. These fees will be assessed by the parcel carrier, and must be paid by the order recipient. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.
