Autonomic Response Testing (ART)

eft tappingART is a form of Bio-energy feedback, health diagnostic testing. It was developed by the world-renowned Dr Dietrich Klinghardt. The aim of ART is to look behind someone’s symptoms and search for the root cause of a person’s physical, emotional and mental health problems. As everyone is unique each ART consult and protocol is tailor made and individualised to each client. The treatment focuses on creating balance and maintaining health.

ART uses muscle testing to get highly accurate results. We use two main principles when testing someone through ART.

Principle 1: If a person’s body is under stress, pressing on the tissue (irritating the person’s nervous system) will cause a change in muscle strength.

Principle 2: If a person’s body is under stress, placing either the problem or the solution on the body will regenerate the nervous system and will cause a change in muscle strength.

We analyse these changes in muscle strength in order to detect problems within the body and find remedies to heal the body and the nervous system and thus bring the body back to balance.

Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT)

During an ART consult we also use EFT to assist in bringing the body back to balance if we cause a food or substance on the body that causes the person’s nervous system to react. We also use it to remove negative emotions, reduce food cravings, aid weight loss, boost self-esteem and confidence and implement positive goals.

EFT uses the same meridians used in acupuncture but instead of using needles to work on these points, we use our fingertips. Combining tapping theses meridian and repeating positive affirmations removes the emotional blocks that may be preventing your body and mind from finding balance and achieving optimal health and well-being.
